Prior to owning and operating a successful insurance agency in New York, Dan was an account executive at the investment brokerage Merrill, Lynch and later became a partner at a large Wall Street firm. He has invested in many types of residential properties including land. Dan has over 30 years of experience in buying, selling, and investing in real estate and has a wealth of knowledge and expertise as a full-time Broker-Associate. Dan works with buyers, sellers, developers, tenants, and landlords. His Wall Street, insurance, and real estate background makes him uniquely qualified to assist customers with their real estate needs.
